Nunn to miss remainder of football season after surgery
The injury occurred in practice, causing Nunn to be sidelined for the game against Liberty on Oct. 17.
Joining the SU program as one of the most highly ranked recruits last year, the redshirt freshman played in the first four games for Syracuse this season, logging three tackles.
Nunn joins defensive backs Trill Williams and Eric Coley and starting quarterback Tommy DeVito, who was injured in Syracuse’s battle against Duke on Oct. 10.

Two Syracuse first-years, center Kamilla Cardoso and guard Priscilla Williams, are ranked in the top-25 of ESPN’s Newcomer Impact list for the 2020-21 season.
The highest-ranked recruit in program history, Cardoso landed at No. 7 on the Newcomer list, while Williams joined her at No. 22.
The two McDonald’s All-Americans helped head coach Quentin Hillsman grab his second pair of top-10 recruits in three years.
