This spring’s last episode of the Fresh Squeezed Sports Podcast opens with an update on Syracuse University’s lacrosse teams.

The women’s group suffered an upset loss to Virginia in last weekend’s ACC Tournament. First-season head coach Kayla Treanor and SU are still ranked nationally in the Top-5 and await NCAA Tournament seeding this Sunday night.

The men’s team concluded its first season under head coach Gary Gait with a loss to Notre Dame, the group’s 10th loss of the spring. After the season ended, top scorer Tucker Dordevic announced on Instagram he will enter the transfer portal. How can Syracuse overcome the loss of Dordevic moving forward?

The episode ends with an update on Syracuse’s softball and rowing teams as their respective seasons wind down.
