In this week’s episode of Fresh Squeezed Sports, The NewsHouse recaps Syracuse men’s basketball’s season-ending loss to Duke in the ACC Tournament.

The Orange played without Buddy Boeheim, who the ACC suspended after striking a Florida State player in a game on Wednesday. The loss marks the first losing season of Jim Boeheim‘s SU coaching career.

Next, the women’s ice hockey team ended their season in Columbus, Ohio, in a 4-0 loss to Quinnipiac. The Orange made the NCAA Tournament after winning the CHA Championship over Mercyhurst.

The episode ends with an update on Syracuse’s women’s and men’s lacrosse teams. Both teams won 18-16 on Sunday. Both teams will hit the road for key games against ranked opponents this week.
