In this week’s episode of Fresh Squeezed Sports, The NewsHouse recaps Sean Tucker‘s pleasing performance in Syracuse football’s win over Boston College and Syracuse men’s basketball’s exhibition win over Le Moyne.

The episode starts by emphasizing just how good Tucker is. His 1,267 rushing yards currently lead the nation. How hard will Dino Babers lean on the ground game behind Tucker and Garrett Shrader next Saturday at Louisville?

Next, Orange men’s basketball appeared solid in its second exhibition game against Le Moyne. Joe Girard III and Cole Swider have stood out so far, and the team improved on its first exhibition game against Pace. They start their regular season on Tuesday, Oct. 9 at 7 p.m.

The episode ends with credit to the Syracuse field hockey team. SU is hosting the ACC Tournament this weekend. The Orange won their quarterfinal matchup against Duke and will play North Carolina on Friday, Oct. 5 at 3:30 p.m.
