With SU only beating cross-town rivals 86-82, our podcast crew weighs in on how worried fans should be.
This week saw a lot of good action in terms of SU Sports. The football team had an explosive come-from-behind win in overtime over ACC opponent Virginia Tech. Also, both the men’s and women’s basketball teams opened their seasons.
Though both teams opened their seasons, the men’s team sent waves through the media, only winning by four and even being down five, 41-36, at the half. Le Moyne would lose its next game by 22 to a lesser opponent, which sent even more waves through the media.
The women’s team had much better success, beating Niagara 108-84. With good showings from new-comers, the Fresh Squeezed team debates whether this team can get back to the tournament.
