The HBO original series Euphoria once again has fans obsessed with the arrival of season two. Episodes are being released Sundays at 9 p.m., and groups of friends are gathering for weekly watch parties. After a two and a half year hiatus, viewers highly anticipated the season two premiere. These Sundays are coming to an end with only three episodes remaining in the season. Whether you’re a new fan or have followed the show from the start, consider spicing up your weekly ritual with these tips.

Glam up those viewing eyes.

What better way to celebrate the show than to recreate one of the iconic makeup looks? Now, it might feel silly to put makeup on just to sit on your couch for an hour, but bear with me. It’s all about the bonding. Have all of your friends grab their makeup and gather around before the show to create some colorful, glitter-filled looks. Think classic sleepover, where you share products and go back and forth helping each other. Copy a look you love from either season, or be bold and create something new. The key to Euphoria makeup is to say goodbye to neutrals and embrace the bright, loud and shimmery — don’t stress if you aren’t a makeup artist!

Get into character.

Take to your closet, and embody one of the Euphoria characters for the night. Given that every character has such distinct aesthetics, it shouldn’t be too hard to mimic their style. But if you can’t quite get the look you want, head to a thrift store to get some pieces. Add your themed makeup to a character-inspired outfit to complete the look. Better yet, since you already look the part, see if you can act it, too. Try to stay in character for the duration of the party. Have everyone imitate their favorite — or perhaps their least favorite — character. For a random selection, take a Buzzfeed quiz to find out which Euphoria character you are, or use the TikTok filter to help you decide whom to become.

Don’t forget the food.

Snacks are a must for this viewing experience. While your heart races with anxiety or you cringe from second-hand embarrassment, there’s nothing better than having something to munch on. Try making these Euphoria brownies from TikTok. Divide the batter and dye it the series’ unofficial colors: blue, purple and pink. Swirl these all in a pan to create a marbled effect. Once they’re baked, top them off with some edible glitter and enjoy. Need more of a meal? Honor season one Cal Jacobs with some award-winning chili. It’s easy to make and delicious. But try to keep it in your mouth, and avoid dumping it all over the ground.

Mix drinks to wash it down.

For those 21 years old and up, consider cocktails to sip on while you watch. Although the series doesn’t show a signature drink, viewers have found ways to honor the Euphoria aesthetic with deep purple or blue cocktails, rimmed with sprinkles or swimming with edible glitter. Spice up your favorite, basic mixed drink by turning it a moody color or making it shine. This TikTok user created a gin and tonic with three ingredients: Fancy Sprinkles aqua blue edible glitter, Olipop orange-flavored sparkling tonic and Empress 1908 butterfly pea blossom gin.

If you’re underage or simply want to stick to non-alcoholic beverages, you can easily create the same aesthetic with a mocktail. Combine your favorite sparkling waters and juices. Play around with different combinations. Top with sprinkles or edible glitter and a garnish.

Make predictions, reviews and rankings.

The show can seem like a dumpster fire of chaos, and talking about it with friends feels like a juicy gossip session. With so many characters, something is always going down. Before you click play, have everyone go around making their predictions for the upcoming episode. During the episode, check in with Twitter to see other fans’ live reactions. (To avoid spoilers, only do this if you watch it right as it is released.) Angus Cloud, the actor who plays “Fezco,” is among the hilarious tweeters. The viewing party doesn’t end when the show does. Now it’s time to review whatever mess just unfolded. While you’re at it, rank the characters for that week in any way you see fit. Get creative with your discourse, and enjoy the safe place where you can be a fanatic.
