It was an electrifying night of rock and metal as the “Freaks on Parade Tour” stormed into Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview in Syracuse Wednesday night. 

Headlined by Rob Zombie, the father of Halloween, and Alice Cooper, whose career spans 60 years, the tour was a spectacle of horror-inducing theatrics and hard-hitting music featuring both of the band’s classic hits.

The lineup also included industrial metal band Ministry and rock icons Filter, further adding to the night’s high-energy show. 

Alice Cooper primed the crowd with fan favorites “Lock Me Up” and “No More Mr. Nice Guy,” and featured larger-than-life puppets, Cooper’s pet snake and even a guillotine.

Rob Zombie gave fans what they were waiting for with an encore version of “Dragula,” as well as performing hits like “More Human than Human” and “Super-Charger Heaven” from his previous band White Zombie.

It was a legendary gathering of rock legends, and a show fans will not forget.
