Paramore, led by singer Haley Williams, brought its pop-punk sound to the St. Joseph’s Health at Lakeview Amphitheater Sunday night as part of its 100-stop After Laughter Tour. The band performed singles such as “Hard Times” and “Told You So” in support of last year’s release of After Laughter, their fifth studio album. Indie rock band, Foster the People, best known for the 2010 hit, “Pumped up Kicks,” opened for Paramore.
