The Story So Far offer a night to remember for pop-punk fans
Review: Buffalo RiverWorks concert is triumphant showcase of raw emotion, infectious energy and the unifying power of live music.
Buffalo RiverWorks came alive on Sunday night as The Story So Far took the stage celebrating their latest album, I Want to Disappear. The night was a triumphant showcase of raw emotion, infectious energy and the unifying power of live music.
Opening the show were Koyo and Superheaven, both of which delivered standout performances. Koyo brought their Long Island hardcore-inspired sound, energizing the crowd with tracks “I Might Not,” “Mile a Minute” and “Ten Digits Away.”
Superheaven followed with their signature grunge-influenced style, delivering heavy riffs and heartfelt lyrics that set the tone for the main event.
When The Story So Far finally hit the stage, the atmosphere was electric. Launching straight into their song “Big Blind,” the band seamlessly blended their new material with classics like “Things I Can’t Change” and “Empty Space.”
Vocalist Parker Cannon commanded the stage, his vocals raw and emotive, keeping the fans crowd surfing and singing along to every word. The energy hit its peak during fan favorites like “Roam” and “Nerve,” before the band closed the night with “Quicksand.”
The Story So Far delivered a performance that was equal parts nostalgic and forward-thinking, proving they’re still at the forefront of the pop-punk scene.
