Valeria Aponte

Valeria Aponte is a S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications student majoring in Broadcast Digital Journalism and Art History. She is currently a sophomore. Valeria is a producer and anchor of CitrusTv Noticias, the student run spanish news show in Syracuse University. 

Valeria is from the sunny island of Puerto Rico where she enjoys going to the beach, hiking and traveling around the island. She graduated from the The Palmas Academy as the class Salutatorian. She is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and fluent in Italian. Valeria loves to travel, take pictures, jog, study art, history and cultures, and listen to The Beatles.
