Durrie Bouscaren

Durrie Bouscaren is a sophomore Broadcast Journalism and International Relations major at Syracuse University. Originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, Bouscaren grew up without a TV and often doesn't understand seemingly obvious pop culture references as an unfortunate result. Bouscaren has worked in media outlets around campus including the Daily Orange and Citrus TV.  She has a strong passion for environmental issues, human rights, and cultural awareness. Bouscaren hopes to pursue a career in diplomatic correspondence in the Middle East, and is currently learning Arabic. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, vegan cooking, and indie music.
