Ganja White Night: The Origins tour at The Westcott

On Feb. 13, the Belgian duo Ganja White Night will bring their U.S. tour through Syracuse in support of their new LP "The Origins." Held at the Westcott Theater, the event starts at 9 p.m. with doors opening at 8 p.m. Tickets are on sale online for $25-30.

Ganja White Night (aka the Wobble Brothers, Benjamin "Bamby" Bayeul and Charlie "Erwan" Dodson) released "The Origins" on Feb. 5 of this year. This new LP features collaborations with Zeds Dead, Caspa, Boogie T, Datsik and more. GWN formed seven years ago in Brussels and the duo, whose performance features live instrumentation and is completely improvised, has always been fans of ethnic sounds and voices, long intros, and harmonies.

Of Ganja White Night's collaboration with Zeds Dead, Kat Bein of Billboard said, "'Samurai' is one of the most beautiful and alluring electronic dance tracks we've heard in a while, and it certainly sets a strong tone for both Zeds Dead and Ganja White Night in 2018."
