Obama talks "Homestar"

Plus, Lil Wayne's jail sentence gets pushed back again and Onondaga County crosses three more fugitives off its most wanted list.

Barack Obama made an appearance in Georgia today at Savannah Technical College.  The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that the president spoke to an invitation-only crowd about his proposed “Homestar” initiative.  The plan would reward people for making their houses more energy efficient, offering homeowners up to $3000 in rebates as an incentive.
