Following the reveal of the 2012 Grammy Nominations, social media sites were dominated by the opinions of fans and critics. CBS News reports Wednesday night gave Grammy-nominated artists the chance to perform in front of the Recording Academy in Los Angeles. The most prestigious categories include song, record and album of the year.

Sesame Street account hacked with pornographic content on Sunday

Instead of seeing their favorite Sesame street characters like Elmo, Bert and Ernie, children who viewed the Sesame Street YouTube page on Sunday saw something very different. USAToday.com reported that YouTube users MREDXWX and MRSUICIDER91 hacked the site and posted porn. The porn was on the site for over 20 minutes before it was taken off.

Juice Jam 2011 will please hip-hop and house music aficionados, pairing a well-known rapper with an up-and-coming DJ that promises to be a lively set.

Grammy-nominated rapper B.o.B and Swedish electro-house DJ Avicii headline the event at Skytop Field on South Campus Sunday, with Philadelphia alternative hip-hop duo Chiddy Band selected as the event’s openers.
