A seventh grade student drove a school bus to the side of the road when the driver appeared sick, saving the 15 students on the bus.

 A middle school student is a hero in the town of Milton, Washington for driving a bus full of his classmates to safety. 

13-year old Jeremy Wuitschick told FOX that he noticed something wrong with the Bus Driver, while he was driving to school on Monday morning.

Deal cost Facebook about $1 billion in cash and stock

A picture is worth a thousand words...or $1 billion dollars.

In Facebook's largest acquisition ever, the social network shelled out $1 billion dollars in cash and stock to purchase Instagram.

Instagram is the wildly popular mobile application where users can take pictures on their smartphones and upload them to the application, where they can add cool effects to the photos and share them with followers. The app has about 30 million users and Instagram estimates that 5 million photos are uploaded per day.

Pregnant women with weight problems are more likely to have children born with developmental delays, report says.

A new study says pregnant women who have high blood pressure, are obese or have diabetes are more likely to have children who have autism or other development disorders. 

ABC News reports more than 1,000 children were in the study, conducted by University of California- Davis, and found that the signs of autism and other developmental delays where 60% higher among mothers who were obese, diabetic or suffer from high blood pressure.

Although no one was killed in Friday's military jet crash, many were left homeless.

The U.S. Navy is beginning to provide compensation for those affected by the military jet that crashed into an apartment complex in Virginia Beach last Friday.

According to NBC 12 in Virginia, at least 40 apartment units were damaged in the crash. No one was killed and a few people were treated for injuries.

North Korea is in its final stages of digging a tunnel that can be used to launch a third nuclear test, according to top officials in South Korea. U.S. officials are concerned that this is another step by the North Koreans that could lead to a future attack on the U.S.

Japanese vessel has been drifting since last year’s tsunami

Over a year ago in March of 2011, the deadly tsunami that struck Japan sent a vessel drifting into the Pacific Ocean.  The U.S. Coast Guard sunk the 164-foot ghost ship on Thursday.

According to ABC News, it took two bouts of open fire to sink Ryou-Un Maru.

Five million people viewed the artist's live webcams in two days

Chinese authorities have shut down live webcams installed in dissident artist Ai Weiwei’s home in Beijing.

Ai put four cameras over computers and broadcasted a 24-hour live feed on his website, weiweicam.com. However, the camera was soon blacked out after it went live and his website showed a blank screen.
