White House pushes Mubarak

Obama tells Mubarak demonstrators must be satisfied.

Demonstrators weren't the only ones angered at President Murbarak's speech last night, according to ABC. Despite speculation he would announce his resignation, Mubarak instead handed over some powers to his vice president and clung to the presidency.

Sources tell ABC the Obama administration told Mubarak he must do more to satisfy demonstrators or conditions will get worse. Today, the military is taking control of Egypt after Mubarak finally announced his resignation only a day after he vowed to stay in power until September elections.
