According to an Associated Press Analysis, at least 15 Toyota drivers have reported acceleration problems even after repairs were made because of the recent recalls.
Toyota says a mechanical flaw with the pedals caused the acceleration problems, but is investigating whether the problems are electronic.
More than 8 million Toyotas have been recalled worldwide since October.

A cyclist saw him driving slowly and holding his dog's leash through the car window as the dog walked beside the car.
Railton told the court that "a lot of people exercise their dogs in that manner."
His lawyer Paul Donoghue was quoted by British press saying Railton "does not usually drive in such a manner."
Railton was fined amount a hundred dollars and got three points on his driver's license, which will keep him off the roads for six months because of existing points.
