Syracuse, NY -- Syracuse University is going to change the name of the College of Human Ecology to the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics after Devid B. Falk donated $15 million to the University, according to The Post-Standard.
Falk is a sports agent who has represented Michael Jordan and other famous basketball players.
The money donated from Falk and his family will be used for academic programs and cross-disciplinary initiatives. The current college of human ecology is scattered around campus but will be consolidated into two main buildings where the college of law is.
Just three years ago, Falk donated $5 million dollars to Syracuse University to create the David B. Falk Sport Management and was appointed to the SU board of trustees.
Falk and his wife are both graduates of SU and his daughter just graduated from the S.I Newhouse School of Public Communications.
