A trainer died at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida. The trainer apparently slipped and fell into the tank where the killer whale grabbed her around the waist and trashed her about.
The trainer was not attacked during a show, she and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Tillikum, the whale, has a history of violence and has been connected with the death of two other people. Tillikum is 30-years-old and 12,300 pounds.
The Syracuse DA's office has received numerous calls in regards to a local doctor, who is accused of sending suggestive text messages to a teenage boy.
Dr. Richard Kulak, 39, of 8876 Maple Drive, was arrested and charged with first-degree disseminating indecent material to a minor and a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
Kulak reportedly asked the teenager to send the doctor naked pictures of himself and offering to send the youth pictures of himself.
Kulak is on administrative leave, and he is awaiting grand jury action.
Tony Kornheiser, host of Pardon the Interruption, is suspended for two weeks after making comments about Hannah Storm's outfit choice.
Kornheiser disparaged Storm's shoes, the length of her skirt, and her overall appearance.
Kornheiser must apologize on air and personally to Storm, a fellow ESPN anchor.
