Nets get Williams from Jazz

Two tri-state area teams make blockbuster trades.

The Nets couldn't get Carmelo Anthony but they haven't given up. The New Jersey Nets have agreed to terms with the Utah Jazz to send All-Star point guard Deron Williams to New Jersey, ESPN reports.

In exchange, the Nets are giving up rookie forward Derrick Favors and Devon Harris.

Deron Williams has been an All-Star the past two seasons of his six-year career. The Jazz turned down an offer from the Dallas Mavericks for Williams earlier this week.
