40 years after a desegregation order court order the Tylertown school district is once again being ordered to desegregate their schools.
Federal District Judge Thomas Lee said that the district was funneling the white children to "a racially identifiable white school."
Prosecutors claimed that almost 300 children a year, mostly white were permitted to transfer to the Salem Attendance Center despite the fact they were in the Tylertown district according to ABC News.
The schools also divided classrooms based on race creating "white and black classes."
Danny McCallum, the districts superintendent hasn't returned calls for comment, nor have his lawyers.
The changes must begin immediately, the school will no longer be able to use these practices and hundreds of children may be affected.
After months of speculation Brandon Marshall has finally been traded by the Denver Broncos to the Miami Dolphins for a pair of second round draft picks according to ESPN.
Marshall is an extremely talented wideout, but has caused several off field problems with his antics. He was benched by coach Josh Mcdaniels for fooling around at practice and had already demanded a trade.
The Dolphins made him the highest paid receiver in NFL history by giving him a four year contract worth $47.5 million.
This move comes just two days after the Dolphins division rival Jets acquired troubled receiver Santonio Holmes from the Steelers.
The deal is still pending league approval, but is expected to be complete by tomorrow.
