Knicks top Hawks despite rough night for Melo

New York wins 92-79, Anthony misses 12 shots.

Last night, Carmelo Anthony was limited to only 14 points off 6 of 18 shooting from the floor, according to ESPN. However, he did finish with seven rebounds and seven assists in a 92-79 win for the Knicks over the Hawks. In the seven games that Anthony has been with New York, the 14 points were his lowest in a Knickerbocker uniform.

It was a rough night physically for Anthony as well. In the first quarter he was poked in the eye and was hit in the head later on in the half.

"I had a migrane throughout the whole game," Anthony said. "I was just trying to fight through it."

Thanks to Amare Stoudemire, the Knicks pulled through with a win. The power forward continues his MVP-type season with a game-high 26 points, while shooting 50 percent from the floor.

The Knicks are back in The Garden tonight when they host the Utah Jazz at 7:30p.m.
