Justin Bieber sells his hair

Bieber's locks raise more than $40,000 for charity.

A lock of Justin Bieber's hair sold on EBay for $40,668 today, according to People. Last week, Bieber appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show where he gifted a lock of his newly cut hair to Ellen. Immediately after the show on Wednesday, Ellen auctioned the hair on EBay. In only an hour the bid was already up to $10,000. All of the proceeds go to The Gentle Barn, an animal rescue organization. There is still no word on the identity of the winning bidder.
