A former Georgia choir teacher was found not guilty after a dance performed in his class in 2008 was brought into question according to CNN.
A video taken on a cell phone camera depicted three boys in Nathan Grigsby's choir class dancing with their shirts off in very suggestive positions. Some of the girls in the class were groped as well.
Grigsby claimed that his back was turned with headphones on, while helping another student. Several other students including one of them involved in the video backed up his story.
Three students involved also face public indecency charges in the case.
Fabricio de Melo, a 7 foot Brazilian center will play in the nationally televised game on ESPN tonight.
Next year Melo will be wearing orange and suiting up for Jim Boeheim at the Dome. For now however, he will represent the West ina game featuring 24 of the best high school seniors in the country.
Melo is part of a very impressive recruiting class for the Orange that features three top-100 recruits and is rated in the top five overall according to ESPN.
The game will be tonight at 8:00 p.m. according to Syracuse.com
A former New York City Police Officer broke into the home of a woman, while being completely nude and chased her with a club threatening her according to the Post Star.
The man, Aleksander Michalski was taken into custody after more than a 6 hour standoff with police. The police threw a phone inside the house he was in to communicate with him and also used a robot to monitor him.
This is his third run-in with cops in the last 6 months. At around 7:00 p.m. police allowed families in the neighborhood to return to their homes as Michalski was led out in a towel.
The woman who was attacked had some harsh words for Michalski.
"I hope they kill him"
