Chicago mass held of Notre Dame student

Declan Sullivan remembered in Chicago and South Bend.

A mass was held on Monday for Declan Sullivan, 20, according to ESPN.  The Notre Dame student was killed while filming a football practice.  The Junior was standing on top of a scissor lift when a 50 mph gust knocked over the lift.  Sullivan was declared dead at the hospital.

The state of Indiana is investigating if Notre Dame should be held responsible for allowing the student on top of a lift on such a windy day.  Sullivan's parents are not pursuing blame, but are celebrating Declan's life.

Sullivan tweeted "I guess I've lived long enough" almost an hour before the tower fell.  He tweeted again that he was scared 44 minutes before the lift hit the ground.
